sad but true

I loved my place at the Cotton Mill and loved my hood . . . but the assasments are sad but true. Management is horrible with a capital HORROR. The pool was so neglected that we went 2 years without getting in. One year it was closed during the first month and a half because the ferrel cats on the property had ruined the pump. Green water was the least of the issues. Did I mention the ferrel cats' Not 20. Not 50. HUNDREDS. My apartment was a basement unit on the courtyard with moldy brick walls and water that would pour out of the light swich during bad rain. Management did nothing. Fixed nothing and apologized for nothing. I had serious sinus problems for a year AFTER moving out . . .
Gaze on it from afar but for the love of all things holy, DON'T MOVE IN.

Could have been worse. I had raw sewage coming out of the walls of my closet because the maint crew pierced the cheap plastic sewage pipe with a screw while putting up the flimsy shelving.
