I'm going to rephrase what others said already. This is a beautiful and expensive dump. No let its beauty and location seduce you, DON'T LIVE THERE!
The elevators don't always work. There is no maintenance at all. The rent is not cheap but the finishes in the apartments are really cheap. If you need something, the leasing office personal will ignore you or disrespect you.
And having said that, now if you want to have a party INSIDE OF YOUR APARTMENT you have to ask for permission two weeks in advance and let them know how many guests you will have. In addition, they already starting charging for the sewer...this may get worse.

You also did not mention how you can't own a nice car in this complex. Parking is almost non existent and the spaces are ultra small. If you do manage to find a space expect to find your doors dented scratched and ruined within a few days of parking next to the other idiots in the parking lot. The residents here have no respect for nice cars and seem to go out of their way to bash their doors into the side of your car (especially if you have a high end car). After two months of living in this dump I had $5,000 worth of paint and body damage on my car. They actually had to replace one of the doors because it cost less to replace the door then it did to take out all the dents. After the repair I had to buy a crummy japanese car and store my everyday driver in my warehouse and drive to the warehouse for the daily car swap. Interestingly enough the crummy car is dent free verifying the spiteful jealous idiots that live here. If you have a nice car stay far far away!!

When we lived in the H Building, our downstairs neighbor called security because our television was too loud. Our TV! It wasn't; it was at a normal volume, but if she could hear it at all, it was too loud for her. Meanwhile, in the E Building, we had neighbors who had great parties with live original bands and about a hundred people in attendance on pretty much a monthly basis. Loft living is not a senior living experience; it's supposed to be for artists and musicians. That's what attracted us, but it soon felt like a prison. I have numerous other complaints about our time there, but wanted to address the ridiculous new policy about having to give two weeks notice to host your own private party. Only in Atlanta is the customer treated like low level employee in need of some misguided arbitrary discipline. Can you imagine a loft in New York where you'd need to seek such permission? They're lofts people, not condos, not apartments, and not coops! So stupid.

I agree completely. I once tried for weeks to see to apt manager and was told he was always out, Then after being told he was out, I told the staff he could then speak to my attorney. With in 3 minutes the manager was in he office and calling me on the phone to talk. This was a great looking and terribly run complex.
