Im a tenant. When I first came to view my place I was amazed at the size and look of my loft. For the price of the rent it was a steal I jumped on it immediately and moved in. However, the flip side of this happy story made my stomach turn. The noise factor is absolutely intolerable. From the kids to the unruly grown ups, its pandemonium. I did'nt realize this until a week of living there. You hear yelling, screaming, tenants singing to their loud radios. You are gauranteed a show from 10am till atleast 11pm and then its cool because the rug rats have went to sleep for school. The elevator in my building is slow and has a rancid odor thats noticed each time I enter it. One day I got on the elevator and could have sworn someone urinated in it. The supposedly secured doors dont lock and the boot leg hired security is either outside engaging with their thug looking homeboys that appear to have liquor in cups or on he's sitting nonchalantly on his cell phone talking and some days arguing with his girlfriend. There's some guy that appears to be a makeshift security gaurd with no uniform nor badge but yet and still parades the building and gaurds the entrance (seems more like a nosey no life with nothing better to do.) Honestly I would not highly nor lowly recommend this place and I cant wait for my lease to end. By the way if you do decide to move here, make sure that you pick a loft over apartment, make sure its clean, everything works and your neighbors are not loud otherwise you are stuck in that situation with no assistance from management. Dont pick the apartment units. They have bugs. If you can deal with that issue I would warn you to away from building C. I only have two words for that side of the community "GHETTO HORRIBLE". I dont mean to be a bearer of bad news, but the truth is the light.

I am also a tenant but plan to stay. With gentrification of the neighborhood and it is coming, I dream of the day when the hootchie mamas and the baby daddies will be out of here. Where do they get these people from anyway. One good thing, I don't have bugs yet.

To the poster above: I think the name calling is disrespectful and uncalled for. Its also probably false. Also, if you have a problem with ------- Americans you should probably not live near the AUC or the Atlanta metro area period

To arobers1...i have visited that property twice...i have 2 friends that reside there...one in a loft...the other in an apartment and in support of the anonymous writer/tenant..i have witnessed the elevator issues,the kids..running all over the place..and that lack of security. The gate was open and i just walked right in. The elevator almost stopped when i was in it and the upkeep of the property was not what i am used to. I almost moved onto this property prior to my friends arrival. I'm not sure that i would do that now....considering. Also...how can u be so sure the person that wrote that commentary wasn't ------- american? I happened to be and i know that we as a people have a blantant (some of us..not all of us)disregard for property ..and we can be ghetto...remember it only takes a handful (small minority ) of people to mess it up for the rest of us. It is what it is...i hope they clean it up...it could really b nice if they do!
