I live in the apartments, and I love the size, it's modern urban style, and the professional (keepin it real) management team. There are always negatives and positives to mixed income living. True this is not BUCKHEAD, this area is in the heart of downtown Atlanta. GE is a breath of fresh air to a once notorius housing project. True it takes all kinds of people to make the world go round but minding your business and being alert in any enviroment is key. The kids are here and they may have personal concerns but they are not BAD, they have few options as kids for recreation and guidance.I recommend GE to all who need a fresh start in Atlanta. I believe in time this SW residence will become a family of citizens that will co-operatively make a difference and become a role model of how people can and will live together socially and politically in the ever changing Atlanta.
