Anywhere you move there will be negatives and positives.Here are the things I like, the staff is always professional even if there is disagreement. The actual apartments are nice. When you need something fixed you will not have to beg. The walls are not paper thin. The grounds are kept up as much as possibly. I think it is also reasonably quite.
The things I do not like are things that are issues of any apartment complex, yes even Buckhead. Adults that are not a positive role model for their children. People who do not appreciate having a place to live and do not take care of the apartment common places ( the staff can not do it all not even in Buck head) but I will say this the staff tries to fix or clean up asap the messes the tenants make. I wish they had cameras in the halls but I hear they are coming, occasionally my neighbors play loud music at night. I wish they had an effective night security. There is crime everywhere to believe there is not, is a sign of immaturity, The reference used in a few posts of ghetto people is unclear because it is used in the wrong manner. IF you are a person who is prejudice or and bias toward a certain group of people, this is not the place for you. This property provides equal opportunity housing.
