Thank God I didnt move here. At first I thought the rent was kind of high but then I condsidered maybe since it was Midtown so I gave it a chance.
It took 3 things for me to realize:
> The rudeness of the staff.
> The opinions of a few neighbors in the surrounding appartments.
> More important: a look across the street into the crack park and the housing projects right in back of it.
$825 a non-refundable 200 deposit and a $60 aapplication fee...
Pay that much ' For what' You're kidding me.
I'm happier now where I'm at, more convenient and a lot more reasonable.
