The turnover rate for management is the highest I've seen anywhere and because of that things slip through the cracks all the time. The property is located in a low lying area of the city so if it rains hard enough all the run off from surrounding areas flood the complex. It does this at the very least, twice a year and I have personally seen the water level rise above 5 feet. There is never enough parking and for some reason the birds of midown think this complex is heaven and will poop all over your car every day. What's worse is that The Gables staff ignores this and will laugh when you suggest they provide somewhere to hose off the poop. In short it's a cesspool.

OMG!!! I would laugh at you too if you came into my office expecting me to do something about friggin birds pooping on your car!!! What is wrong with you people! You pay rent for a decent place to live in a primo location...you're not paying for the office staff to be your friends or your personal servants!! Maybe if you could all grasp that concept then you would be a lot happier in life!
