I chose these apartments because of its location. It is close to my job and a lot of the activities I enjoy. The community is small and unique. While under Gables manangement, the property was well kept and the staff made you feel like a tenant rather than an apartment number when you walk through their doors. Unfortunately, Gables has sold the property to a smaller company. Although my neighbors are nice and everyone seems to look out for each others belongings I beleive this is mainly in part due to the new management staff being fickle. The staff is unorganized, unfriendly,and uninformative. The property no longer has the attractive landscape and due to the rudeness of the property management I no longer care to stop by to casually say hello. I prefer now to just simply put my rent in the drop box. It is sad to see the property take a drop from the services that were offered by Gables. Overall the community is a good location for Midtown but unfortunately property management needs serious help.

Oh my God I can't believe you people! You give this place a bad ranking because you don't feel welcome to stop in and casually say hello to the manager??!!! SO FREAKIN WHAT??!! Get a dog if you're so desperate for fiends and companionship! Do you people understand how difficult you make it for out of state people when you use this type of criteria to rank a property??!! I wish to God that people would limit their negative rating to things that actually warrant them, such as crime, pests, and other legitimate problems, rather than such nonsense as complaints that management sucks, etc.

Sand, are you management? The fact that anyone like you could live here or more importantly WORK here has given me the idea that living here would be a terrible, terrible choice. I'll look elsewhere, thanks for helping me out with that decision.
