Not the worst, but could do a lot better. Did I mention "The Flood'''"

Before I lost my car in "The Flood," it was stolen out of the complex. I know it's downtown Atlanta, but at least put up some security cameras. Someone drove it right out the front gate. No security cameras in the deck, other parking areas, or at the front gate. No security guards. I lived there and experienced a flood that totaled approximately 30 cars including mine and my two roommates'. It happened in August of 2007. If they won't tell you about it, then you might find something by searching online. We had 4 news crews around the apartment, so I'm sure there's something. My car was in about 6 to 8 feet of water in the parking deck that is located on the western part of the site. If you must rent there, then park on the top of the deck and walk through the rain. They will do nothing about the flooding. The City of Atlanta will do nothing. So other than the fact that you could lose your only reliable mode of transportation, it was an OK experience. Maintenance was OK, did good work, and responded well once you talk to the right leasing agent and let them know you've asked the other leasing agent 3 or 4 times. I would tell someone to live somewhere else to be honest. Sorry, but I was just not impressed.
