Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We have 2 1/2 months left on our lease, and We are counting down, this place is awfull. besides the fact that the gate NEVER works and I have been locked out 2 times and locked in 3 times, and the fact that the fire alarm goes off for no reason, in the 1100 building only ALL the time and at ALL hours of the day and night, and my bathroom sink has been leaking since we moved in (oh but wait) that is just in my head its NOT really leaking, and the puddles of water that I am continiously wiping up are not really there.....at least that is what they are trying to make me believe, after 10 calls to maintenace.. and now the lastest after the rain this past week from IVAN my dinning room carpet got soaked because the water came in under the wall, they sent someone up finally after I called the office all day and all I got was the answering service and left messege after messege for 5 hours before I went down to the office and 3 of the maintenace people were standing in the office and the office staff said "oh wow some one must have pick up the messeges from the fax umm" so needless to say they finally sent "the carpet guy" to visit me and he took out the padding and vacumed up the water from the carpet and said "be back next week when its dry" I am like ok..... well 2 days later my house now smells the mold. and of course one again just like the leaking sink "its all in my head". so now they are going to re pave the parking lot.....there is nothing wrong with the damn parking lot, and paint the fitness room and put more movies in the video library Who the Hell Cares about that why dont they try fixing some of the exisisting problems insted of just tring to enhance the appearance, to try to gain new tenants to piss off instead of trying to keep the ones they have.... I could right all day but I will leave it at that......
