(user photo) (user photo) (user photo) Yes, our AC actually formed an ice block before gables got anyone here to look at. Note the nasty filter which has only been changed once in one year, too. (user photo) Nice huh? Called every month at least twice about having someone change the air filter. Even asked to do it ourselves with reimbursements for parts. It was about 92 deg while this thing was broken too.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds and apartments
Nice pool
Good location
Fair price

Cons:

Unresponsive staff
- Knew one renter who couldn't get into their mailbox for two months and staff didn't resolve the issue
- Nest of bees hanging around mailboxes for weeks
Poor maintenance
- Have requested the same repair multiple times only to have it partially fixed and break again days later -- this has been going on for months
Poor security
- The cameras in the parking lots have been reported not to work so security is low

Generally -- I'd rather pay a little more for the same beauty and have the qaulity of where I live be more than skin deep. I would not recommend you live here.

I, myself, am moving out when my lease is up.
