We moved away from this complex while it was still under Lincoln management and sorry to hear that it has just gotten worse! When we first moved in, we loved our apartment and the people we met, but things quickly changed and the wrong people started moving in. By this I mean, people with no regards for their neighbors, as well as drug dealers and other ghetto trash. I was scared for my own safety simply walking my dog! And we had an incident that DeKalb police would not even respond to where someone tried to enter our home (I was eight months pregnant!!). I called 911 and no one answered!! Also, the place just went down the toilet as far as maintenance, trash collection, and the beautiful pool became a party haven for non-residents!

I am so glad to be rid of that awful place. I would recommend to anyone even considering it to NOT live there. They are only trying to fill their units with deceiving low rates that they will eventually raise once it is time to renew! Save yourself the trouble--there are much nicer places to live in Atlanta!
