(user photo) (user photo) (user photo) Yes, our AC actually formed an ice block before gables got anyone here to look at. Note the nasty filter which has only been changed once in one year, too. (user photo) Nice huh? Called every month at least twice about having someone change the air filter. Even asked to do it ourselves with reimbursements for parts. It was about 92 deg while this thing was broken too.

I agree with everyone else. It used to be really nice here, but it's gone downhill since the new management. I'm leaving when my lease is up in 3 months. I wouldn't recommend moving here unless it improves.
