This is a really bad place. The apartments in several buildings flooded in a bad rain several months ago. Of course, much of the residents' personal property was damaged due to this, and they were out of luck unless they had renter's insurance. As they are moving out (everyone here is after their lease is up since Gables took over) the complex is replacing all of their appliances and charging for it. I had a friend get a bill for over $1000 (after keeping her deposit) for new refirigerator, etc. This was for damage caused by the flooding, which was caused by the apartments' poor construction and placement. These people are rude, lazy crooks. You are also across the street from the most infamous topless dance bar in Atlanta, and the security gate is rarely working. Stay away!
