My thing is, just like someone else said, it's not like they just built the dunkin donuts, club miami, or pink pony yesterday, so don't get brand new on these reviews! These places were there when you signed your lease, so they shouldn't even be a factor in your reviews. I've lived here for a year, and it's not so bad. A bit over priced, but that's typical in Atlanta. You hear other people mostly because you live in an APARTMENT not a single family home. Parking can be bad if you get in late, but so what' WALK TO YOUR DOOR. It's not such a big deal. It's not like you have to park outside of the complex. I do have a maintenance complaint, in that they broke something in a routine visit, and I thought it would have been nice had they either 1- replaced it or 2- acknowledged that they broke my stuff. I think some of these people complaining on here would just rather have a single family home, and that's fine too.
