I haven't had experienced any of the troubles mentioned below with the exception of the gate constantly being out of order. I say put a metal arm on the gate and let it crush a couple cars and then see who thinks its cool to just run through and bust it every day (gate arm is literally fixed it seems at least twice a week so they're trying to keep it working). Maintenance has been fairly decent. They've come out and fixed a leaking air conditioning unit over the bathroom quickly. Landscape is kept up nicely. I looked around for a while before deciding on this place and for the money and location it can't be beat. Sure, every apartment complex has a few problems, but I think the benefits of this one greatly out weigh a few minor problems I've experience.

On a side note. Try to avoid the on-site contractor DirecPath/Hyperband (formerly SoutheasternBroadband) for your cable and internet provider. They plain out suck. Sure it seems a great price, but once something breaks you can't ever get ahold of anyone in technical support since every call is passed into an outside call answering service. I've gotten passed back and forth between the two for over two weeks now and both my internet and cable are still not working right. I plan on canceling my contract with them as soon as I can get ahold of someone.
