I have lived here for several years. I can honestly say the service has consistently gone down hill - especially since it became GABLES. And when I tried contact the current property mangers boss - my calls were NOT returned. Rent continues to go up. They now make you pay for covered parking (15.00 per month!!!) The rent is already ridiculous! When it was owned by Lane/Druid Hills they at least offerred incentives to stay a resident. The gate is always broke, cars are always broken into and it is across the street from a strip club. Stay Away from The Gables at Lennox Hill!

hay idiot, I WORK AT THAT STRIP CLUB. what the f#ck do pony patrons have to do with your apartment?? u seriously think that folks coming to see some hot ass and gulp down a few cocktails are distracted by a rental complex?? from whence comes your logic?? what the f#ck mr. anonymous??

when i first visted the gabels at the beginning of 2009 the individuals @ theleasing office were full of smiles and accomadated some of my wishes...my roomate and i were given info about the 30day satisfaction howeverit was obviously not explained in details or maybe the leasing attendant was too busy on Bossip.coom. wewere told by Mrs Paulina that if we werent satisfied with the apt within 30days we can transfer buildings or to other apt. complexs without being tied into our lease as lng as it was before the 30days and when u agree to move within the same complex u will be starting new with a new lease and a new 30day satisfaction offer...to make a lng story shot my roomy and i exercised those rights at the beginning of March due to not being satisfied in the first building...alot of problems surfaced within the nxt 27 days including rude maintenance workers, strangers (non gables residents) would drive thru the gate and park their car in spaces and walk to the clubs late at nite and twice these clubgoers clld my phone to let them n the gate at 4am...no security..gates broken, our lock on the door was broken which eventually caused us to be trapped out the apt. for over 2hrs. and nearby violence and also the dumpster is always filled with trash all over the ground falling outthe dumpster which attracts rats and cats. however when we informed the management we were not satisfied and wanted to move at first everything was swell and we were even told $48 refund is due to us...however less than an hr later we were contacted and informed we were breaking the lease and only one 30day satisfaction was given then we would be locked into the lease...however once again it was delivered to us by Mr. Paulina afta the first 30day satisfaction is used we will sign a new lease and be given anotha 30day satisfaction since its now a new lease but if we go ova 30 days without excersing that right we will bebreaking the lease if we decided to move....bottom line u ppl need proper training and to be more professional and also if u dnt knw ---- or the rules or even the lease agreement ask someone, get help instead of giving the wrong info and messing with ppls lives and money...The leasing manager she sits to in the desk far off to the right by herself she is gr8 everybody else especially the tall white manager directly to the right when u first walk is rude and dont knw anything....I WOULD ADVISE PPL TO NOT MOVE HERE NO SECURITY, BAD MANAGEMENT
