(user photo) (user photo) (user photo) Yes, our AC actually formed an ice block before gables got anyone here to look at. Note the nasty filter which has only been changed once in one year, too. (user photo) Nice huh? Called every month at least twice about having someone change the air filter. Even asked to do it ourselves with reimbursements for parts. It was about 92 deg while this thing was broken too.

If you can deal with looking at the Pink Pony every time you come home or leave, the constantly broken gate, not enough parking, and the college kids that make so much noise....the place is great. Beautiful grounds, semi-helpful staff (although not very knowledgeable), convenient location to Lenox and 75/85....I can honestly say that I wouldn't renew my lease here. Great temporary location, but I'll be moving on for sure.

what in the hell is y'all's issue with the goddamn pony?? in what way does one neon sign amongst a sea of neon signs (not to mention the f#cking batman-style search light beaming into the sky every weekend from the billiards place) affect your way of life??
