I chose to go against the grain on what others have written.

I made the mistake of leaving depost money orders with the front office, and was repeatedly told that the money orders would not be deposited. Well, they deposited them.

Now they are withholding my money after I have asked that it be returned.

Two things have stood out from this:
I was repeatedly told that my funds would be held and not deposited. I had 72 hours to withdraw my application. I withdrew and gave verbal notice to the Asst Property Mgr within 48 hours.

I was repeatedly told that no process would be initiated until all the paperwork was in. Now they are claiming that they aren't required to give my $75 application fee back even though they have acknowledged that they have not nor could they perform the application process.

Apparently crime is a major issue as I have seen a document from the asst mgr detailing not to walk around the property alone at night. I saw this after I had given them my deposit.

I find their actions in the front office to be misleading. Withholding my money isn't a good sign that they deal ethically, regardless if they say that I'll get it in two weeks. I gave them money orders with confirmed funds behind them, and now they want to make me wait' Not very good customer service either from the leasing rep and asst. mgr. Only time will tell if they'll refund all of my money.

You sound like an idiot. I just moved in and I love it. The staff is great and very knowledable. I was told that within 72 hrs if I decided to change my mind I would get everything back except my application money. So boo boo boo u may have not listened. Maybe next time you will. I love this place and I anm sick of reading awful lies, lies I tell you.

I hope that you'll be happy in your new home. Maybe everyone worked in the office to your satisfaction, however to disregard the post and make light of an experience tells me exactly who and what you are. I would further propose that you are an employee of the company. The experience stands as well as respect for yours. Sad you failed to offer the same consideration. Further, why critize and throw stones when you also have the opportunity to leave your own opinion and review.
