The Good, the Bad & the Ugly

This place has a great appearance. Also the apartments are fairly modern and i think were built in 1998.
The main problems that i have are:
1. Road noise. My apartment is right on the main road and it is VERY noisy. I do not have problems hearing my neighbors (above on beside), but I hear nothing but cars ALL THE TIME. If you do move here, make sure that you are not on the road.
2. Cable (or lack thereof). The cable company here is lame. I swear it a feed stolen from the Holiday Inn or something. They are called Direcpath and I have no idea how they are in business. Unfortunately I do not have line-of-sight for Dish or DirecTv so I am stuck with this fly-by-night company. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for.
3. The gate is pointless. It is literally broken every week. We are forced to pay $75 for a gate remote that half of the time we can't even use. I liked the idea of being in a gated comunity, but this gate has to be open so much that it is pointless.
I do like my apartment though. If it weren't for these things, I would love it here. Now I just tollerate the place. Two of the 3 problems could be avoided if you are in a different location in the complex.
