I've lived here for a year now and my husband and I love it. The location is great your minutes from Lenox and Phipps Plaza Malls. Management has always been very helpful and then again we do pay our rent on time :o)
The grounds are beautiful and they keep the place very clean. The only problem I've had is with parking, you have to be home by 6pm to get a good parking spot. Other than that I would recommend it to anyone.

It is near Phipps and Lenox, but it's also on Buford Highway and on the edge of a very bad neighborhood...It's also across from the Pink Pony and Club Miami...not that I personally care, but it should be pointed out. Management stinks too...I think this person just got lucky...or maybe management got worse.

I'd also like to point out that I always pay my rent on time, too, but that doesn't make management any better. I think that this person might have just gotten lucky too. This is NOT a safe place, there have been two murders and an abduction/rape since I moved in. I feel SO unsafe that I'm moving out early even though it means paying two rents! If you already live here, PLEASE be careful, and if you don't live here, don't risk your safety by moving here!
