I have lived here a little over 6 months and have not felt secure or been happy here. There is no security what so ever. It's a gated community but the gate never works and if you come home late in the evening you can never find a parking spot because the people from the club use up all the parking. There is alot of traffic through here at all hours of the night with their stereo's up so loud it will wake you from a nights rest. It is also very common to hear people argueing in the parking lot.There has been alot of reported crime over the past few months including a robbery turned homicide last night. I would not recoomend living here!

So i considered living here, but now it seems very sketchy. So i can better understand, has crime been an issue for the past couple of months, or are these break ins and homicides pretty common. I know based on your review, you do not recommend the complex. I am just curious to whether it is a result of the location or actual tenants.

I think it's a little bit of both, actually. And on top of all that management makes ineffective attempts at deterring it. Honestly, if you can e-mail me, I'll be glad to tell you about a ton of stuff including how a girl got raped by her neighbor and nearly killed last night. It's just ridiculous. I'm moving out THIS Saturday because I'm too scared to go out of the house after this!
