I knew the management and staff by name and they knew me. They were very friendly and informative and especially attentive. All the staff lived on site. I was very impressed by that. So they we definitely as concerned as we were about the community. There was a monthly newsletter and just about monthly activities. That was Lincoln Court Management. Gables came in and there first mistake was charging for parking. The parking was designed so that residents could park in their building. Which by the way is under each building. Most probably don't know this but there's a camera in each parking deck. Guess what they don't work. The recording devices need to be serviced.

I have a clear view of the parking area. And it is not safe due to poor lighting.

So they have created a parking problem now there is only one general area for guests. Which is not enough space for guests. And it is a dark area. Just to be clear we didn't pay for parking before. This is a created problem. Go back to resident parking for free in the parking decks, fix those cameras, setup security station box in the front gate, there is space to do that and have a video monitoring setup at the security box. That will create a presence for safety.

I believe the club across the street is attracting some problems to that area. When you are sitting still you can see a lot. There were time people were parking in this complex and then you have resident with questionable backgrounds. I have seen this problem in other complexes here in Atlanta. Ask your friends and see what they will tell. Generally the comments will sounds something like. Wow! This used to be a really nice place.

Gables apparently have been more concerned about filling spaces that they lost sight of community building. We get more notices about public safety than anything else. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM.

First chance I am out of here. Robberies, murder, break-ins, thefts. The frequency of these things start to set a trend. And draws attention for more situations like this.

Once a upon a time this was a nice place. I will not every recommend this place to anyone. You figure that with this amount for rent that Gables Corporate would be more attentive. Not. Run away. No matter how nice this place looks. It lacks the integrity it need to operate a community of excellence.

We hope that our current and prospective residents will take the time to contact local law enforcement for accurate info regarding crime in and around the community. Gables requires all residents to undergo a criminal background check prior to move in and we have the right to request further checks if necessary after move in. We have also recently augmented our parking system to make this more convenient for residents and installed a new gate system in addition to a full exterior renovation. On a side note, we love it when residents stop by during the day to chat (or grab a cookie) - we hope that everyone will feel comfortable coming to us with any issues or suggestions so that we can incorporate them into the landscape of our community and make it the best it can be :)

What new parking system?? LIARS! I live here...no new parking system...gate broken a lot...management doesn't care...AND LIES!

Please call or stop by the office so we can make sure you are aware of the parking policy. Gate is fully functioning and, if needed, repairs are made as quickly as possible.
