(user photo) (user photo) (user photo) Yes, our AC actually formed an ice block before gables got anyone here to look at. Note the nasty filter which has only been changed once in one year, too. (user photo) Nice huh? Called every month at least twice about having someone change the air filter. Even asked to do it ourselves with reimbursements for parts. It was about 92 deg while this thing was broken too.

I recently visited a friend for six days that live in these apartments. I felt the noise level was slightly elevated, but overall the apartment was nice. I really liked the large bathtub in the master bedroom. I do feel a two-bedroom apartment should be more spacious.
