I have lived in Gables Lenox Hills for a few months now and these are some feedbacks from me:
PROS:
- If you have a pet and you like to walk your pet in the park, this apartment complex would be perfect. There is a gate in the back of the complex that leads to Lenox Park.
- The maintenance people are really nice and very helpful
- I have lived in at least 5 apartment complexes and I have never received so many notices on my door! So far I have received a few updates on H1N1 virus (What the virus is, how to prevent it, and what the community is doing to help the situation) and social events in the community. All the complexes I have lived in never had monthly social events to get to know your neighbors so I think this is great!
- This community is SO close to everything (from I-85 to Lenox Mall / Phipps Plaza). Although it's fairly close to downtown, but I've never felt unsafe in the community.
CONS:
- Parking is definitely a problem if you come home late, and the spaces are really small. There are times when I have to circle around the community to find a parking space.
- There are LIMITED places to take your pet to potty. There is little to no grass area but they do provide waste bags to clean after your dog.
Overall, there are definitely more positive things to say than negative and I really love the location! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

The scary thing about venturing out of out the complex is walking on the road where the side gate is....I swear I feel like I'm going to get kidnapped....creepy people up that street...I thought I would take a walk past the pink pony to see what the peachtree battle creek looked like from the bridge, and 3 homeless people popped up from underneath...they had a whole set-up down there....
