Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
PLUS: The office staff is the most professional group I've come across. The amenities are great. Even when the parking is full, you STILL don't have to walk THAT far. Interiors are nice. Facilities are great.

MINUS: Noise insulation IS light. Heating in the bedrooms was much lighter than the living room.

Overall: This is bargain for the benefits.
