Hi there I have lived in these apartments for a bit now and I think that they are prett nice. I currently live in the 3 bedrooms and my good friends live in the 2 BR and 1 BR. They are pretty spacious.

I like the Master bathroom of the 3BR; it?s like the size of my room itself. My current friend that lives in the one bedroom loves her apartment, its really nice and plenty of room. The nice one is about 899 a month.

One thing that I wish that was not so was that I had ComCast and they have a contract with ATM for all cable and TV service.

Everyone gets a gate card that you swipe to get into the complex and if you want a remote key its $50 deposit and you get it back when you move out. They allow cats but no dogs.

They currently are doing the one month free when you move in and you can pro-rate it, when I moved in I couldn?t move in for another 3 months and I put the deposit down and they held the apartment for me till I could move in.

Tracy is the nice one in the office, she is the Assistant Manager and Debbie can be stern but she is the General Manager on-site.

For move in it?s pretty nice that they have elevators to service you. They have covered parking as well. One thing as well is that you have to pay for your own water but they hook up the service for you.

They are currently giving people 200 Marta tokens when you move in.

You should always get a police report for any apartment complex you choose. I have a copy from 2001-2002 and I am getting the 2003 one soon. Feel free to contact me at cfeldhaus@student.gsu.edu

Also there is a Referral amount of $500 if you move in. And if you happen to put be down that I referred you, ill split it with you. They don?t take it off your rent they just give me a check and ill give you cash or a check.

Black Mold in Half of the Complex, leftovers from Hurricane Ike. Contact Management for the Mold Test. They cleaned it up prettye good and Im not sick.
