I moved in the middle of May and haven't had any problems yet. Yeah there are bugs but not more than you'd see in a house basement. They provided me with new carpet when I moved in although you could tell its not the best carpet around. I always find parking and usually find it close to the door. I have yet had to turn on the A/C due to being on the ground floor and the breezeways which always seem to be cool no matter how hot it is outside.

As far as a social place, its not. The only time I see that other people really live there is if I venture to the gym or to the pool so if you're a guy who thinks it'd be nice to see women every once in a while in your neighborhood, they may be there but I don't get to see them.

Make sure you try to get the best view possible, because due to the size of the property there are many options and some are better than others. Overall as a student I think living here is pretty good considering I'm still in school. I have a lot of friends who would find this to be high class living so I'm pretty satisfied so far. Traffic is never really heavy coming from Midtown, by taking Buford Highway and I make it to Ga Tech in about 6 minutes on a regular day. I've never been stuck in traffic so I wouldn't know how long it takes if things are backed up.

For those who don't like Strip clubs and stuff near to where you live, believe me that the spots around there aren't worth making a fuss over anyway. I mean I'd see if they were really making money and people were just everywhere but the "adult entertainment spot" are pretty weak if I may say so myself, not even worth talking about even if you don't like having that stuff around you. I mean, all I do is keep driving by and that's all to it.

Safety: I feel safe all the time although if I were a lady, sometimes the area could seem a little shady. You can walk to the train station which takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport which is rather convenient and to party in Buckhead is about a 5 minute drive. So all in all this place is cool, I mean they could have installed trash chutes, and probably could do a little more in terms of events and food, but hey, its Buckhead, and coming from the Washington, DC area, I know I'd be paying a lot more for this location and the property. Holla.
