new office person extremely rude

i recent ended my lease and decided to move, they new person they have working in the office is extremely rude and fake.
not to mention the false complaint i would get in regaurds to my apt, i was outof town more than half the time i was living there, and i would return to complaint on my apt, that music was to loud, leasing office did nothing. however facilities are nice, however i'd have to say just watch out for the shady practices of the leasing office.
