I've been reviewing comments from the time time I first moved in. Now my lease will be up next week and here are my observations. Yes, the manager is fake. Yes, corners were cut in construction. Tracy is real cool though. Brendon is o.k. too. Move-in and Move-out is horrendous. Though is has great Architecture, they Could've raised the deck so people don't have to walk all throughout the parking lot.

The location is the envy of the city, except for all-star weekend and any other time out-of-towners know nothing but Lenox. The washer and dryer was a plus as the covered parking, eventhough you can't get a space at night. However, the rent is not worth it. The rent is just too high. And only one trash can''

Overall, I liked the place. I can deal with snooty fake managers, an occasional hiccup here or there with maintenance. What I can't deal with is the hot water not running long enough and no type of water pressure. You would think the showers would be top-notch. But you get what you pay for, location, location, location.
