Disregard 10-18 and consider the comments as a whole

I honestly think that 10-18-03 was written by one of staff members. The overwhelming response to the apartments is tilted towards the negative side. People have routinely complained about the noise and the office staff. Daily we receive notices about break-ins to cars and apartments. Yes, the surrounding area leaves much to be desired, but most of the problems emanant from within the complex, not without.
