This place looks very nice, but security is a major issue here. This place is not safe at all. I have lived here for about a year. I am so happy that I will be out of here in 2 months. We have break-in almost every couple of weeks. Because this place is close to all the nude bars, many junkies - homeless people are living under the 85 bridges and behind the Home Depot Design Center. At nights, they walk by and break in to the cars and take whatever they can. That is my biggest concern when I look for a place to live because I live alone. I have asked the office manager to install more Cameras or to provide a security person. They declined to do that.
