Avoid Lindbergh Place at all costs

This complex looks like a nice place from the outside - but do not be fooled. The place is brand new, but the developer cut costs at every possible corner. The walls are hollow and noise travels from apartment to apartment. Phone conversations can be heard from your neighbors above, below, and adjacent to your apartment. Don't even try and play a stereo!

The parking deck constantly leaks a white residue when it rains on to all the cars causing paint damage. They have been trying to fix the leaking for 8 months now, but cars are still being damaged to this day. When residents complain, they are often greeted by the unpleasant staff who acts like you are bothering them with the problem. Many time they will suggest you just park on the top of the deck and then walk down the flights of stairs to your apartment. Nice solution, huh'

The rent is too high compared to other properties nearby. Also - don't try and bring a dog. They are not allowed. And if you have a cat, there is a $1,000 pet deposit!! If you have a direct tv dish, thats another $1,000 deposit!! If you want to rent the theater, thats another $1,000 deposit!!! That's $3,500 in deposits alone (when you add in the rent deposits!!!)

If you like to run or walk outside - carry a gun. The freaks definately come out at night around the complex.

The interiors look nice when you first walk in, but you begin to notice little things that the construction company left out. For instance, there is no hose in the kitchen sink to wash dishes. There is no security system in the apartments- which any complex claiming to be "luxurious" should have. Wood floors in the kitchen is actually a cheap imitation wood that looks like wall panels from the '70's.

I could type more, but you get the idea. Avoid this place at all costs. There are dozens of other places nearby that are much, much better for the price. You couldn't do any worse than Lindbergh Place.
