Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
My wife and I recently terminated our lease (after only 2 years) for the following reasons:
(1) too expensive
(2) damage to our car from faulty gate arm followed by battle with management to pay for damage
(3) poorly insulated floors (we heard our upstairs neighbor constantly)
(4) constant turnover of neighbors
But, don't take our opinion. Make your own judgment by checking out the current police report (2001-2004) for the property at
