Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Pros: close to MARTA; not far from midtown/Buckhead; the view (for now. . . see below)



Cons: located on a section of Piedmont that is the eyesore of Atlanta (and horrible traffic for no apparent reason); road noise is horrible (a grate on a bridge over a sewerage canal sounds like a car bomb everytime a vehicle runs over it); gym sucks; my car got towed illegally by the complex--without as much as a call; our view of the city is soon going to be blocked by yet another ugly atlanta development; only garbage dump is a mile away!; price--my mortgage with a roommate would be less in Va Highlands--MOVE THERE for God?s sake!!!
