I've lived here for over three years and was always pleased with previous owners/management. Since new company, Gables, came in it's been horrible!!! Gate was broken for a few days with no move to repair, rent is going up with no explanation, attitudes are bad! The worst was when they changed the locks on each apartment. They left a notice on my door on Friday but I was out of town stating they would change locks on Tuesday and I would need to come down that day to pick up new keys. Problem was I was out of town. Came back and had to wait for 1/2 hour until someone could let me into my unit!!! The notice about the lock changed had been set inside my unit when the keys were changed. I had no idea what happened. Do you think I received a call the next day apologizing. Forget it! Never happened. There have been some security issues in the past but with this now occuring forget...I'm leaving asap!
