Great Location, Fun Place, New Gables Mgt Sucks

I have lived in Lindbergh Place (I still refuse to call it Gables Lindbergh) for over two years. I know a dozen people who live in various buildings on the property and we all have the same overall opinion of the place.
1. You CANNOT find a better location!
2. The facilities are all very nice. Unfortunately, the new Gables regulations make them expensive to use. What used to be free now costs $$$.
3. Security is a concern...not for personal safety but every few months a string of car break-ins occurs. Once the theives even stole my friends car to carry all the other stolen loot to the MARTA station! Management, both old and new, has refused to addresss this situation.
4. The other residents are mostly young executive types - a fun group of people.
