Ever since Gables took over i have noticed a dramatic difference...for the worse. some of the people they have working in the leasing office are terrible. they have had a few different managers and a few differnt leasing agents since they bought the property...good luck keeping up! The smartest thing Gables did was keep the assistant manager..Monica. She is the only pleasant face there and seems to be the only one who has a clue. If she had left I would have too. Is it truly that difficult to find employees with a few brain cells to rub toghther and tell you if you have a package in the office or not' or to tell you hello,or get a work order done. Gables stresses "we take care of the way you live"and that they have a 24 hour maintenance guarentee. I am on my 5th day of waiting for my tub to be unclogged. Well, if you wanted to live in the getto with a bunch of morons as your landlords, move here.
