Poorly built, loud, very bad management?more

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived there one year 2001-2002, and have never experienced such awful management. First appearances: The apartments look nice and the management seems professional, but after move in I found I had mice in my apartment, the neighborhood was extremely dangerous (in one year five cars were stolen from the garages) and the militant, female, navy blue suited management staff cares nothing more than to just lease another apartment...commission driven obviously. Further, the noise level above was so bad at times I thought my ceiling fan was going to fall dow...this occurred morning and night. Please, look around and do not make the same mistake I did...it was a costly lesson.
