Gables Lindbergh Place

Horrible Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I've had the misfortune of living at Lindbergh Place for nearly a year, and it has been the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and noise travels at all times through the night. If your neighbors are home, you will know exactly what they are doing. Conversations, footsteps, stereos, tv's, and telephones can be heard in all four directions. Management is also very poor. It takes several days to have maintenance fix anything despite their claims. They will return your calls 2 or 3 days later, and often do not fix problems on the first try. The surrounding area is very dangerous, and the police are here 3-4 times a week. I agree with everyone else's comments to avoid this place and find a safer, more quiet, and better built apartment.
