I've lived here for a year and a half. Before Gables took over I loved it, but they have really made me have a bad opinion. The old management was so personable and helpful but Gables rarely even answers the phone and if you leave a message with the answering service they don't always call you back. I was going to renew my lease but I have decided to look elsewhere. The apartments are beautiful with great amenities, but if you want a good management staff then look elsewhere.
