Gables Lindbergh Place

Good apartments, TERRIBLE management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived at Linbergh Place for 2 years and used to really enjoy this place. The amenities are nice, the location is good, the apartments themselves are nice, and the leasing staff was pleasent to work with. Since Gables has taken over every change that has been made has been for the worse. When I leave a message I am lucky to hear back at all, and if I do it is a week or two after I leave the message. The staff is not accomodating and they do not treat me with respect and in a way I would expect after living here for two years as a model resident. My rent is never late, I keep the apartment immaculate, and I am a good neighbor. My other major gripe is the parking garage leaks when it rains and leaves major deposits on your car. This has been brought up on numerous ocassions but never fixed. I hope things change for the better and quickly.
