Lindbergh is a great place for CITY living, but based on the negative e-mails it appears that an individual(s) (maybe more than one bitter person) has a personal gripe with Lindbergh Place. As a result, he/she is attempting to give it a bad name. That is not fair, and any one reading these e-mails should really be mature enough to judge Lindbergh Place for themselves, i.e. - just visit the place.

I live in a middle floor and I can hear my neighbors as in most apartments, but after meeting them, they became aware of the noise they were making (and I found out that they could hear me also), and we all toned it down. Plus, I met new people.

The location of the property can be seen BEFORE you rent. Again, it is in the heart of the CITY. That is something that should be considered BEFORE YOU RENT - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! BUT yes, there is room for improvement, and the area is in the process of being cleaned up.

One thing for sure, Lindbergh Place does not deserve the negative e-mails that have been posted on this site. I have seen and lived in worst. Maybe the bitter person(s) who wrote the e-mail on 6/22 should move out. It is probably best for Lindbergh and the person.

I would suggest that any one reading these should check out Lindbergh for yourself. It really is a nice place, in the city, conveniently located to everything. Plus, you never know the true reason for negative comments.
