I lived in Lindbergh place since August 2001, I moved here based on a recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, I have a different opinion of Lindbergh Place than hers.
I have lived in several apartment complexes in the past and I never complained about the noise...until I moved here; and its not the neighbors. The sound insulation between floors does not exist. The ceiling fans shake noticeably when the upstairs neighbors move around! My friend doesn't have that problem since she lives in the top floor!!
I agree with those who complained about the location of the property and the surrounding neighborhood as well. It is terrible. For example, More than half a dozen low-class "adult" joints are within 1/2-mile radius of The Place, and on the main roads leading to it.
However, to be fair, Lindbergh place has nice amenities compared to other properties in this part of town, nice gym/pool, bikes...I also never had a maintenance problem that was not taken care of within a reasonable period of time.
That said.. I will not be renewing my lease.
