Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This apartment completely went down hill when Gables took over. The staff is so rude, they never do anything they are going to say, the hallways and breezeways are so disgusting with dirt, trash, and everything else always there. I don't think they have cleaned up the breezeways since they bought the place. I prices are way more than any of the way nicer apartments around. I will NOT resign my lease and I if you have not signed a lease don't do it b/c you will regret it. It might look ok at first but you will see how disgusting and unprofessional the staff is very soon after moving in.
