We live on a middle floor and have a wonderful city skyline view. The noise from Garson is noticeable, but will drop off drastically once Lindbergh Dr eastbound is reopened.





We have not heard our neighbors, and we have lived here for one month. We play our stereo at reasonable levels. This apartment is nice, and we are HAPPY here. It is really beautiful, we love the pool and theatre and we love never having to get rained on to get to our car.





It is a great location and we feel like we are part of the city. We walk to MARTA and feel safe here. The neighbors and staff always greet us with smiles, which gives the impression that they are happy too.





We moved here from LA, so at first we were put off by the price because we thought Atlanta would be cheaper. We loved the location, so we moved across the street into a first floor apartment at Post Lindbergh. Luckily, we found out Post has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and we were able to escape a TRULY HORRIBLE living situation.

The things we do not like:


You cannot get cable internet (like AT&T Broadband) here. If you want high speed internet service, be prepared to wait AT LEAST 2 weeks for BellSouth.





It would be nice to have a cat, but not for $1000!





The guest phone for the entrance is in a bad location, too far from the guest gate. After you buzz your guest in, it is too easy (and often happens) that another car can easily cut in front of your guest, and get into the complex without authorized access, leaving your guest the task of returning to the phone to be re-buzzed. The guest phone location should be moved in front of the guest gate.
