The "steller property" "review obviously was written by the highly "$$commissioned$$" management staff there. Hey, they need your business.
I "really" lived in Lindbergh Place for one year and found it to be a horrible costly mistake.
First, the "hood" where it is located is about as dangerious as Harlem on a Saturday night. Even though the property is gated and bars everywhere, one evening, six cars were vandalized, along with numerous other police emergency calls made in the property.
The management staff dress and act like Natzi wartime criminals with a propensity to try and pry into your personal business. Often talking and belittling their tenants, Debbi, the manager there is about as phoney as the day is long...go there and you will see firsthand.
The apartments are expensive, small, and extremely noisy. Garages are very tight on space, causing many a fender bender in the morning. Maintenance personnel is well below-average, inattentive, slow, and usually appear to be on drugs...they may ask you for some if you look the part...
Bugs and rodents are happy tenants also at Lindbergh Place as they feel unthreatened and soon become pets without requiring a deposit. Actually, I could have used a cat at times but could not afford the $1000 deposit.
Atlanta is full of nice properties, many of which are new and closer to parks and restaurants, without overlooking a Spanish harlem or a trash bin. Do yourself a favor and look at other properties.
