I moved in 2 years ago and these apartments belonged in Dunwoody. But now, it seems like the Walmart effect is occurring where this place is turning uninhabitable for a variety of reasons.

People are having loud parties and booming car systems all through the night. I've heard of several break-ins of cars and apartments. The general look/feel of this place has changed completely. It doesn't help when the apartment management staff is rude and incompetent. They are unwilling to lift a finger to assist residents and they act ignorant as well as arrogant depending on who you talk to. It falls on the apartment's manager's head.

I'm planning on looking for a house in the next 6 months just to get out of this horrible place.
