I recently moved from Gables.I was a resident for a year.The only things that really bothered me was:
*Dog poo every where!Gross and smeeeelly.
*my carpet smelled like the previous people
had a pet.
*The crime!The crime!Watch out!About 6 months ago I was driving down the parking deck in the early morning and noticed that someone had thier rims stolen off thier car.It was on briks!Wow.It seems like something was always getting stolen or broken into, even with security there.
*I also encountered racial slurrs and discrimination and was called a nigg** twice!Not to mention in front of my son.Crazy!
*The prices ski rocketed.Love the apartment, however, it was not a house!Not worth it unless you really want to pay it.They say the reason the prices are going up is because the are catering more towards the rich.
*The gym was pretty cool, however, it seemed like a machine was always breaking.It took forever for them to fix it.

I will say that overall I like my actuall apartment itself, however, I Just couldn't take another year at Gables.
