We lived here for about 1 year in 2005-2006.Then we moved to california.

Even today after an year I cherish the memories of our stay in these apartments. The apartments are very well designed. Cars can be parked on any floor so no carrying of heavy weights through stairs. Their is an elevator as well. Oh! there are many more good things about this place.

More than anything else the management was very nice. They were very efficient in their work and very co-operative as well.

We would love to live there again if we ever moved back to Atlanta.

First of all - 100% on everything, and spelling errors - sounds like the management here. Oh why not talk to the police about how many hit and runs have occurred in the new phase and old phase. Or maybe the violent crime that happened? Ha Mlacey - Please elaborate - it's kinda funny how people who rate the place 100% can't give any specifics. I don't hate the complex, I just dis-like the way the management intentionally neglects its tenants all so what, it can get kickbacks from vendors? Just remember that lawsuits do occur, and the leasing agents are what, oh yeah LIABLE. Keep that in mind next time you write these BS stories - maybe try to make it more realistic...
